• Call meeting to order
• Thank you to all for stepping in and helping in my absence
• Highlight Megan, Kami and Kristin - Thank you to Kristin for stepping in as interim, Kami for registration and Megan for also stepping up and helping with day to day.
• Taylor - stepping up and keeping coaches binders up to date for all coaches .Tracking all requirements.
• Ban - Name Redacted has sent 10 emails back and forth. All in google drive. Formal appeals process. Had until the 10th of this month. Has until 4/15 to submit. May not hear from him. Will send a reminder that it has closed on the 15th. Cheer kiddo on at games and show support as much as we can so he doesnt feel left behind.
• Dawn - Concessions - popcorn machine needs tossed, need new machine. Checking in with Honey on grant to Maws and Paws. Drink cooler - seems to be working. Might not need new drink cooler, can buy a popcorn machine. POLL has money to cover. 1 person who is handling the food needs to have food permit. If Dawn isnt there - someone will need to be certified. Hot food only or stuff were taking out of package. Need to look into getting people cert and what that looks like
• Make traditions for the kids - field clean up day bbq ect.
• Sponsorship Strategy - Larger sponsorships spread out over a year. Need to keep option for specific teams/sport. People are liking the option of sponsoring a specific sport/team. Can break it down as far as needed. Banners up at baseball fields.
• Rebranding/Website - 70% complete. Website in front of sports connect (sports connect for sign ups). Have control over news, donations, coaching, sponsorships. P<3SA logo to be used. Already built into the Facebook page.
• Awards night - closing after each sport.
• Pins vs metals - Prefer pins. Can use on hats and bags. Metals are clunky.
• Budget - need to create what, where, how and why of use of money. Soccer vs volleyball being new. Volleyball has needed more attention being a newer sport.

Vice President: Michael Nice

• Meet the team night - Baseball - everything went well and field clean up had lots of volunteers.

Treasurer: Carmen Crabtree

• Possible creation of SOPs - Need to dos. More seamless for when people come and go. Need a job description so it is easier to transition to the next person if needed. Checklist per season.
• Utilizing the google drive calendar more for flyers
• Opt in for text messages from Sports Connect. Can send bulk emails and texts.

Safety Officer: Kristen Hunt

• Updates
• Safety plan for LL done. Soccer done also. Have one for each sport. Updating years and content for each sport. Baseball - being cautious of lightning within 10 mile radius. Be mindful. Heat index also depending on time of the year.
• First aid kits. Just restock each year rather than buying a whole new kit. Need ice packs. Nosebleed kits. Gloves M and L.

‍Registrar: Kamille Bennett

• Updates - late registrations are in process. No other updates. Kami to email field schedule to me so Niki can add to POSA calendar.

‍Gerald Steeno - Fields

• Field Prep - will create SOP end of June. Field prep went well this year compared to the past. 6 volunteers plus 3 board members. HUGE difference from fall. Expectations to come for future painting of fields.
• U12 field - Let priest river host U14 games - yes. At the Mudhole.

Sponsorship Coordinator: Nick Tucker

• Define roles
• Everyone to write out what they think their job and role is and to go through on next board meeting. Revamp of roles.

Other Business:

• Need 1 more porta potty
• Need to move to baseball side
• Board members to be at meet the team nights to speak about different topics
• Next board meeting 5/18 2pm. At Carmen and Nicks.
• Volunteer fee was to cover scholarships for other kids. Need to call it something more transparent for registration.
• Board sweatshirts/tshirts
• Coach shirts???
• Auction 26th 6pm - stadium seats. 1 year registration for kid. Coozies. Left over blankets. New logo on shirt.
