- Tim contacted the Exec board and had a family emergency and needs to step back for a couple months. Sam is going to step in as president in the interim. Kristen is going to step in for the day to day and help with Meet the Team Night.
Treasurer: Samantha Mundy
- Bank items - We have $700 in all stars for LL $3300 POLL $5700 POSA $100 savings. Statement of activity provided for Sep 2023- Aug 2024. Sep - Jan doesnt capture all. Cusick Sports and Cusick Little League. Debit card for each account. $1187 in Cusick accounts. All funds were pulled out of accounts via ATM. Going forward we will need to present our requirements per our insurance. Michael has been added to all accounts. Sam will monitor Cusick accounts.
- Payments - Open Gym for Volleyball. $5 per person. Going to Volleyball HS program. Paid all uniforms from Country Lane $13/shirt reversible jerseys. Still need to pay for pictures and refs. Everything else is up to date.
Safety Officer: Kristen Hunt
- ASAP Plan for POLL - Will be done in a couple weeks, needs to be submitted by 3/1/2025. Will be done by beginning of Feb.
Vice President: Michael Nice
- Uniforms - Get a price from Mark. Red and black/black and white.
- Umpire Clinic - March 1st. Moses Lake. $10/person sponsored by POSA.
- Coaches clinic - dates and facility requests - March 29th. Starting at 8am-5:30pm. Tball 8-10 Coach Pitch/Minors 10am-12pm. Majors 1pm-3pm. Olders 3pm-5pm. Building from 7am-5:30pm. Lunch to be provided possible pizza. Coach age requirements - none. JP and friends. No kids. Any coaches can come up.
- Skills clinic - dates March 30th. All skills softball. 10am-2pm. All ages 7-14. Cost $35 and T-shirt Can print our own T-shirts. To be outside weather depending.
- Porta potties - ordered? Dates needed. - Season starts April 7th. Need dropped by March 29th.
- Field clean up - April 12th. 10am-2pm. Pizza/food.
- Meet the team night - March 31st. Ball field or gym depending on weather. 6pm-7:30pm.
- March 22nd/23rd our own tournament March Madness style.

- Basketball updates
- Teams - formed. ⅚ girl ½ girls. Cubs has 2 teams. Otherwise there are 2-3 teams per age category.
- Ref schedule/payment schedule - Megan working on schedule. Refs will be paid half way through and then at the end of the tournament. Mandatory reffing clinic to get paid in future.
- Pictures - Sam will text Lori about picture schedule
- Tournament - Sam to start on tournament schedule
- Soccer
- Registration opens February 1st - Need to schedule pictures and tournament. Competitive? Pushing to Fall. Highschool girl club team requested. Fields and ground crew to be added to registration.
- Need sponsors for equipment. Need contacts.
- Tryouts? Ages? Tryouts in May for 2025/2026 season.
- Laura to start 2017-2018 team Club Team under POSA.
- Jerseys - Sam will contact Mark for prices. Need a supplier asap. Wholesaler account?

- Ref Schedule - will update POSA drive.
- Ref clinic in Sandpoint POSA will sponsor 8 refs
Concessions: Dawn Skiles
- Basketball- 1 day so far middle school only $250ish. Highschool and elementary games. Dawn will be at both. Volunteers? Reg games are a team responsibility. Team managers to set up. List to go to Dawn.
- Baseball/Softball needs - Must haves list needed. Freezer and cooler. Bigger hot dog machine. Refrigerator.

- Updates - Sam has been posting with how much is coming up. Rest of meet the boards scheduled.
- Instagram - Has been made.

- Open positions if any - need to post open positions on the website.
