4. Executive Updates (10 min)

• President’s Report (Tim Chilcott) - Basketball, create a template/guide for Volunteers, use for all sports. Soccer program is exploding, 199 kids signed up for spring soccer. Fall we had 221 for comparison. Coaches training has made a huge difference, all other sports need coach clinics.
• Treasurer’s Report (Carmen Crabtree) - Absent. Jerseys #s worked out. Looking at more opportunities for fundraising.
• Registrar’s Report (Taylor Sanchez) - Got registration form build for Flag Football and Fall Soccer. Numbers are looking good for spring soccer, 199 signed up so far. Meet the Team night for Soccer needs to be rescheduled.

5. Program Updates (10 min)

  • March 26th Coaches Meeting 6pm, location TBD. Nick to reach out to the High School to see if we can utilize the cafeteria. Covering how the season will go, wha coaches should accomplish, program, sportsmanship, equipment, supporting volunteers, etc.
  • March 30th Meet the team (High School) 6pm - High School Gym scheduled.

    • Partnership with Pend Oreille Playhouse - Set up tables at Meet the Team Night
    • Healthy Habits with Lindsay Henley - Coming to discuss Healthy Habits
  • Priest River registration closes March 27th
  • Coaching search - 2 U10 coaches needed still and 4 U8 coaches needed
  • U12 Club team expansion for fall - pilot program this spring. Pulling 15 kids from U10, 11, 12 to practice outside of POSA hours and set up games with competitive teams and roll it into a formal try out during summer for Fall season
  • Referee Clinic - Social event, do the class portion

• Safety (Kristen Hunt) - Absent. Kristen has been working on building systems for our Safety program.
• Equipment & Uniforms (Gerald Steeno) - Gerald has built an inventory system to track all things equipment related.

7. Communications & Outreach (10 min)

• Sponsorships (Tim Chilcott) - Honey and Tim working on the Kalispell grant, outdoor generator for outdoor concessions. Have requested money for Flag Football and Scholarship opportunities.
• School Partnerships (Honey Smith) - Absent

• AAU Tournament Support - need as many board members to be present.

• Jeff McCormick to Director of Officiating. Nick motions to elect to the board, Nicole seconds. Nick nominates Jeff as Director of Officiating, Gerald seconds. Welcome Jeff!
