Our 7th/8th Grade flag football program is designed for athletes ready for a more competitive experience. Players will continue refining advanced skills, executing game strategies, and competing in a structured environment that emphasizes teamwork and performance.
In 7th and 8th grade, athletes take their game to the next level with a focus on advanced skills and strategy. Players develop more precise passing and receiving, execute complex routes, and learn to read the game through offensive and defensive concepts. Emphasis is placed on situational awareness, leadership, accountability, and competing as a cohesive team.
At the highest level, players grow by refining their skills and competing with confidence. They develop leadership qualities, a deeper understanding of strategy, and the ability to perform under pressure while working as a cohesive team.
Every POSA program is rooted in age-appropriate play, guided discovery, and positive coaching. We meet kids where they are and help them grow with joy, confidence, and purpose.
